We manage other organizations' records for a living, so we take our own handling of your information seriously. Here is exactly what we collect and why.

This website exists so that boards, executive directors, and staff at associations and nonprofits can learn about our firm and start a conversation. We collect only what we need to have that conversation.
We do not sell your information, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
When you submit the contact form on this site, you choose what to send us. The form asks for your name, your email address, your organization, the type of service you are interested in, and your message.
If you email us, call us, or book a consultation, we keep the contents of that correspondence so that we can follow up with you.
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, to prepare for a consultation, to send you information you asked for about our services or the Founding Partner Program, and to keep records of our business correspondence.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.
Running this site means a small number of vendors necessarily handle some data on our behalf. Each is used for the narrow purpose described here:
This site links to places we do not control, including our LinkedIn page and our Calendly scheduling page. Once you follow one of those links, this policy no longer applies. We would encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you land on.
We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as we need them for the relationship they belong to, and afterwards for as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to. When information no longer serves a purpose, we delete it.
This site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to inquiries to the people at our firm who need to see them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we would ask you not to send sensitive material such as financial account numbers or government identification numbers through the contact form. If you need to send us something sensitive, get in touch and we will arrange a secure method.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@bashamanagement.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or national law, and we will honor those rights where they apply.
If you would rather not share anything through the form at all, you are welcome to call us instead.
This site is meant for organizations and the professionals who run them. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
Questions about this policy, or about anything we hold about you, can go to contact@bashamanagement.com or (561) 440-7359. We are based in Florida and serve organizations nationwide.
